Energy Festival in Tonstad

The energy festival is organized for the sixth time in Tonstad on 17 June under the auspices of Sirdal Næringsforening. The festival is a collaboration between Sira-Kvina Kraftselskap, Sirdal Farmers' Association, Sirdal municipality and the Trade Union.

The Energy Festival is a family day that focuses on showcasing energy in the broadest sense.

• The entertainment is largely performed by local talents from the local culture school. There will also be an energy battle on stage, this time the political parties are challenged to battle

Special things in this year's program will include:

• Bus trip / guided tour of Tonstad Vindpark (registration)

• Tour of the newly established spinning mill in Tonstadhallen

• Tour / boat trips to the breeding facility of Norsk Ørret AS / Sirdalsørret

• Distribution of water from Tonstad waterworks, recently named Norway's best water.

In addition to this, Sirdal Bondelag will have a barbecue and have a family-friendly stand with animals as well as a demonstration of stone wedging.

In addition, Sira-Kvina power company, Statnett, Norhard, Tonstad Vindpark and many more will have a stand.
